Stroger Hospital in partnership with the Illinois Department of Transportation offers residents a Car Seats Save Lives Program that is run by the Stroger Hospital Pediatric Unit. This program provides affordable infant car seats, seats for toddlers, and booster seats for older children to patients and community residents. Car seats are offered at Stroger Hospital for a reduced price of $20 - 30.

Program hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 1-4pm in the emergency room, pediatric waiting area of Stroger Hospital.
