Mortgage Relief Workshop
The Illinois Departments of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) and Housing Development Authority (IHDA) will sponsor a Mortgage Relief Project workshop on Saturday, July 28th, 9am – 1pm at DeVry University located at 3300 N. Campbell in Chicago.
The workshop is open to everyone and offers a wide range of services including:
- Information on local, state and federal foreclosure prevention programs;
- Legal assistance;
- Debt management; and
- Assistance with job searches
Approved housing counselors will be available to assist struggling homeowners. Hours of the event are 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. For information or to pre-register call 1-800-532-8785 or register in person that day.
