Free H1N1 shots will be given City Wide

We just want to thank the Department of Health and all those who came out to the Ward Office this Saturday for making this event so successful.

If you want your shots sooner or need another location the following dates and addresses have been listed.

The Chicago Department of Health has partnered with the Chicago Department of Senior Support Services and various aldermanic offices to provide H1N1 immunizations to any resident who would like to be vaccinated thru the month of January.
