Resources available to Finance your Business

If you are starting a business or expanding your existing business, the State Treasurer’s Office has programs that will lower the interest rate on funds you borrow to achieve those goals. Learn about several resources and the process for attaining below market interest rate funds through the Employ Illinois Program. These resources are available for both small businesses as well as child care providers including not-for-profits.
