Midway Moving & Storage Shredding Team is partnering with City of Chicago Aldermanic offices to provide free document destruction services to ward residents free of cost. Midway will bring its mobile shredding truck to the 40th Ward Streets and Sanitation Ward Yard located at 5333 N. Western Avenue on Tuesday, September 21st from 2 – 6pm in the parking lot of the ward yard. All participants can bring their unwanted or old papers to the truck where they will be shredded on-site free of cost and later sent away for recycling.
Remember that paper shredding helps prevent identity theft, and the environment benefits due to the fact that all shredded paper is recycled reducing the amount of waste in landfills as well as sparing trees..
