Motorists who received a defective 2010-201 1 vehicle sticker can contact the Office of the City Clerk by e-mail at cityclerk@cityofchicago.org or by calling 312.742.9200 to receive a free replacement in the mail.
The prices for the vehicle stickers are as follows:
Zone Stickers Residents who live in residential parking zones will find their zone number printed on their annual vehicle sticker. A vehicle sticker in a residential permit parking zone will cost an additional $25.
Payment Methods The Clerk’s Office prefers payment by check or money order, but will accept cash. No credit cards may be used. Senior citizens are required to provide proof of age to receive the senior discount.
Getting a New Sticker If you received your renewal form in the mail, please bring it with you. If you did not get a renewal form, bring in the previous year’s form or have the following information available: year, make and model of the vehicle; state license plate number; owner’s driver’s license number, and old City sticker number.

Community Vendors You can purchase a vehicle sticker at more than 400 community vendors, including currency exchanges, Dominick’s grocery stores, and select banks.
